Ordering Regalia

You must order student regalia and family hooder regalia separately by following the instructions outlined below.

Information for Ordering Student Regalia

Please click the link below to order your graduation regalia. This link will take you to the Oak Hall company website. The information you provide will help ensure that you receive appropriately sized regalia. The cost of your regalia is covered by the graduation fee you have already paid, and you will be able to keep your regalia as a memento of your graduation from medical school. The deadline for placing your order is Monday, February 28.

Information for Ordering Family Hooder Regalia

�Թϱ��� allows select family members to support you on stage as you are hooded during the graduation ceremony. While Dean Willcox will present your D.O. hood and place it on you, certain family members are invited to be with you on stage. This opportunity is only available to your spouse, parents, step-parents, grandparents, siblings, aunts, and uncles, and only if they have a D.O. or M.D. degree. Cousins, family friends, mentors, and family-like individuals are not included, and no other degrees are permitted. The cost for purchasing family hooder regalia is $65.50. If your family member still has their regalia from medical school graduation, you do NOT need to place an order, just fill out the survey. The deadline for placing your order is Monday, February 28.

Please note the Alma Mater field should be completed as follows under the “Customize your product” option for your family hooder: 
Alma Mater: include the full name of the school, city, state, and/or country

To pay for your order please pay via PayPal to info@cameragraphics.net. If you have any issues with payment, please call CameraGraphics at (334) 821-2524 and ask for the Framing Department.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for their order. If you place an order on the linked form, but do not pay CameraGraphics by April 22, 2022, at 4 PM CST, you will not have a frame made for you.

Regalia for Faculty
Faculty should reuse their regalia and not order a new set. However, new faculty or faculty that require a replacement can submit an order. When ordering faculty regalia, select your main campus and only submit 1 order, even if you are participating in multiple graduations. Please answer all questions and include the college from which you received your highest degree. Then, submit once you have completed the form.
